Acid-loving, deciduous shrub, blooming profusely with small, white flowers at the beginning of April which are followed by a new brilliant, light green vegetation
turning bright red in autumn.
Loves well-drained, acid soils; keep in semi-shade, treat with an insecticide in spring.
